taylor Latham | Fitness COACH
Taylor comes to Cumming Strength and Fitness with a background in endurance athletics and five years of CrossFit experience. He ran Cross Country and long distance Track in high school, and first found CrossFit at the age of 28, where he knew he had found the best fit and expression of fitness possible for him. The community aspect of CrossFit captured his love and heart, and he jumped in headfirst. The love for both the methodology and the sport have deepened since.
He loves helping people accomplish things they thought they couldn't do, and is obsessed with the concept of getting 1% better everyday. In the gym, in work, in relationships - he loves to see people improve all areas of their lives.
He is married to Katherine, has two amazing (and crazy) kids – Maeve and Fields, and a golden retriever, Tilley. He actually first started CrossFit when he and Katherine were relocated out of state for Maeve's birth due to a rare birth defect, and believes that is why CrossFit is so near to his heart. He loves talking about this and Maeve's story, so if you don't know it, feel free to ask him sometime at the gym – he would love to tell you more.

Katie Drevlow | Fitness COACH
"Coach Kate’s fitness story has evolved over many years and is an extension of grace, grit, accountability, and growth. Coach Kate has an eagerness to help others grow in strength, resiliency, and setting new goals. With years of experience in both life and the fitness industry, she has an ability to advance and grow athletes toward greater health with good mechanics. It is her joy and honor to come alongside others and champion them to take steps towards greater fitness and positive life change. She is an encourager of people both inside and outside the gym. As a mother of four incredible children, she truly believes fitness is a “global circumstance” requiring more than lean muscle and good cardio. To her, global fitness includes balance, sleep, nutrition, community, accountability, and mental health. Fitness requires a willingness to be teachable and show up to steward one’s self. She consistently shows up with intrinsic motivation factors rooted in love, how she wants to be able to move in ten years, and what she wants to model for those around her. She likes having a great time with athletes while doing that. While short term goals keep us conditioned, it’s the long term goals and community that keep us committed on the journey. She is excited to be a part of the CS&F community and is looking forward to partnering with you on your own fitness journey."
