THE CS&F SUMMER CLASSIC

Every summer, we host a multi-day, multi-site competition called the CS&F Summer Classic. This is intended to be a step-up from your normal local CrossFit competition. There are very few mid-sized CrossFit comps with a pool workout included … and this is one of them!

Every fall, we host a single-day, local competition designed for athletes of all fitness levels to compete. This usually consists of 3 events, team workouts, and done at a good time (we aim to be done by 2pm!)
