When did you start with Cumming Strength and Fitness? My husband surprised me at Christmas 3 years ago with a 6 month membership. I’m probably the only wife in the world that LOVED this gift.
Favorite Workout? Nancy!
Least Favorite Workout? Omar (burpees and thrusters)
Favorite Movement? Overhead Squat or Snatch
Least favorite Movement? Front Squats and Deadlifts
Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, job, sports, military, interests, etc.). I’m married to a high school football coach, have two kids Piper (9) and Murry (7). I’m a travel agent and love to travel.
What were you doing before you joined CS&F? Following a CrossFitter on social media copying those workouts at one-life.
Favorite music to workout to? Game day or 90s rap.
Favorite Cheat meal? Mexican.
What were your goals when joining CS&F and have you achieved them? I want to do a strict pull up and I’m close. Any day now!
Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here? When Paula got 300 lbs on her deadlift and when I got Kate as my coach (I love Jeff, but pumped I officially got Kate to push me!)
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Cumming Strength and Fitness? Stick with it and find your tribe to hold you accountable.
Something we might not know about you is? I held the NCAA record in 2008 for sacrifice bunts. I played D1 college softball at UT Martin.
