Our World-Class Facility

Cumming Strength and Fitness is equipped with the best CrossFit and strength-training equipment available. Our facility boasts 3,200 sf of space, 18’ ceilings, and 5 bay doors that provide the ideal, spacious setting for fun, high-intensity group workouts as well as private one-on-one sessions. For all our athletes that work hard and play hard, we have an on-site massage therapist, as well as the gear and space for you to warm-up, cool-down and stretch out.

  • As we wrap up our nutrition program, I am happy to report that I have lost 12 lbs of body fat and put on 4 lbs of muscle since starting with CS&F. I have also decreased my body measurement in the appropriate areas and increased measurements in good areas.   • I had looked at CrossFit and brought it up my wife Thao, when we first started paleo. But, it wasn’t until March of 2013 that we decided to try it out. I was hooked. I finally found what I was looking for. At that time I was still overweight. I was hanging around 195. Over the next few months, I decided to be more strict with my diet and did the Whole 9 forty-five day program. I lost about 20 lbs and 3 inches around my waist. I had abs!
