Youth Performance Training

You want your teens to have a competitive advantage on the sports field while remaining safe and learning from a nationally certified coach. You are looking for a program to help develop your teens power, agility, strength and overall performance. Our coaches will build a personalized training program around your teens athletic goals. Your teens coach will put together a plan that will yield measurable results through test and re-testing to ensure they are progressing, while having fun. This will be accomplished in a small group training environment so they get one-on-one attention while benefiting from a group training push. Age Range: 10 - 18

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is introductory functional fitness on a fundamental level. Our goal in CrossFit Kids is to prepare young children to be better athletes by developing all of their motor skills. We work on coordination, body awareness, strength, conditioning, agility and more. Our programs help athletes and young children in an array of areas outside sport, such as confidence, self-esteem and it has been proven to higher test scores at school. This is not a weight loss program but a fitness program that will give healthy results by getting away from the TV and video games and having fun through fitness and community.
