Or maybe you just want to make sure you are doing it right? Whatever the reason is, our Barbell Club is for you! In this twice per week group, you will become proficient at all things barbell. From the different barbell movements, to proper technique, to developing more strength, or whatever you goals are, our Barbell Club can help! Each class is specifically programmed and coached to help you become a master at the barbell. Plus, it’s open enrollment any time. Anyone at any time can join!
