Fitness and Performance:

In teams of two, partners alternate tasks to complete 10 rounds of:

10 Pull-Ups
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs
400 Meter Run

Partner A will perform 10 Pull-Ups, then Partner B will complete 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs, then Partner A will run 400 meters. When Partner A completes the 400 meter run, Partner B will begin the 10 Pull-Ups, and so on until the team has completed a total of 10 rounds.

We are starting a NEW Club in 2017…The Commitment Club.
In order to be a part of the monthly club…you must attend a minimum of 18 classes in a given month.  The club participants will be determined by the zen planner attendance tracker so you MUST check in to class for it to be counted.
Why is this a cool club?  Well – pride.  And prizes.  From time to time club members will receive prizes like swag, supplements, drinks, bars…etc.  Club Members will be announced each month.  You do nothing except sign in for class and voila…you’re in…after 18 classes.
We hope everyone has THE BEST 2017 imaginable.  We are honored to be a part of your fitness next year and helping you reach your goals.  You can be anyone you want to be if you set your mind to it.
