All Inclusive: (3 month commitment)

This is for the person who is new to nutrition, needs accountability and is here for some big changes! This means you have access to your very own personal dietitian who is going to formulate a plan just for you and hold you accountable.

  • In-person Initial consultation

  • SMART Goal setting

  • Personalized plan

  • Monthly Inbody Scans

  • Daily accountability and access to your coach

 

Weekly Check-ins: (3 month commitment)

This is for the person who likes to be on their own but needs just a little bit of guidance from week to week. You have likely done “diets” and nutrition programs before but just need that extra push and check-in to keep you moving in the right direction. This type of program is made just for you so if you want “macros” great! If you are more on the beginner side and need general nutrition guidance that is wonderful too!

  • In person initial consultation

  • SMART Goal setting

  • Personalized plan

  • Weekly email check-in on set day

  • Inbody scan on initial consultation every 4-6 weeks

 

Monthly Plan: (3 month commitment)

This plan is for someone who has completed one of the other two plans (All Inclusive or Weekly Check-In). This person has accomplished 3 months of working with Chrissy and is ready to keep working on their goals but just does not need as much guidance as a new member.

  • In person initial consultation to review previous program

  • SMART Goal setting

  • Monthly plan set

  • Monthly check-in date via email or in person

  • Inbody scan once every 3 months
