I am the very proud owner of an Australian shepherd who makes my everyday a little better, love sports, and being on the water, and work in management consulting helping companies make lasting change.
What were you doing before you joined CS&F?
Ultra running – not my favorite thing I ever did.
Favorite music to workout to?
Right now – Hamilton Musical, Maverick city music, and a close third would be early 2000s hits.

What were your goals when joining CS&F and have you achieved them?
Meet some amazing people who are absolutely crushing life – 100% achieved.
Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here?
No specific achievements stick out – I am most proud of the steady improvements over the last few months and I hope to continue getting a little better all the time.
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Cumming Strength and Fitness?
Write down where you are right and revisit in a few weeks – you are gonna love the progress! Just committing to getting better is something to be so proud of!
