CrossFit Kids

You want your kids to love fitness as it will build confidence and keep them active. We offer multiple solutions for young kids and teens looking to stay active and to develop their fitness. Our CrossFit Kids program is nationally registered and focuses on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youth athletes are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adolescence and adulthood. It’s also important to remember that fitness for kids should be FUN. Our Kids coaches create an environment of excitement, community, and encouragement so that being active is never a chore. Kids Program: Ages 5 - 10. Teens Program: Ages 10 - 15.
