Srihari – anything with Wallballs 🙁

Sruthi – Anything with excessive amounts of running

Favorite Movement?

Srihari – Overhead squats

Sruthi – Cleans

Srihari – Bench press

Sruthi: Overhead Squat

Tell us a little bit about yourself (family, job, sports, military, interests, etc.).

Family of 4 who loves to stay active and being outdoors!

What were you doing before you joined CS&F?

Sruthi: Ballet

Srihari: just started Crossfit!

Favorite music to workout to? 

Sruthi R&B

Favorite Cheat meal?

Srihari: Pizza

Sruthi: Chick-Fil-A

What were your goals when joining CS&F and have you achieved them?

Sruthi: build mental strength – YES

Srihari: Not let Sruthi beat me in sports!

Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here? 

We made good friends and CS&F made us feel welcome and made us part of the community, Saturday team workout as partners

What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Cumming Strength and Fitness?  

Srihari: There are absolutely no judgements and egos here, everyone is trying to get better and the coaches are awesome, kind and go out of their way to help and motivate.

Sruthi: Burpees SUCK!

Something we might not know about you is?

Sruthi: plays an instrument that is as big as me (Tuba)

Srihari: We love all things Philadelphia! Fly EAGLES Fly!
