Enhance Athletic Performance
CrossFit Kids & Youth Strength & Conditioning are introductory functional fitness on a fundamental level. Our goal in CrossFit Kids is to prepare young children to be better athletes by developing all of their motor skills. We work on coordination, body awareness, strength, conditioning, agility and more. Our focus in Youth Strength & Conditioning for teens is to help young athletes improve their overall fitness through functional movement, high intensity exercise, strength training, and movement quality. Our programs help athletes and young children in an array of areas outside sport, such as confidence, self-esteem and it has been proven to higher test scores at school. This is not a weight loss program but a fitness program that will give healthy results by getting away from the TV and video games and having fun through fitness and community.
