Baked Greek Chicken

230 Calories (5ozs chicken)

Ingredients:

2lbs Chicken Breast

1 tsp Greek Seasoning

1 large Tomato (150 grams) cut into 8 wedges

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 tsps Minced Garlic

8 Kalamata Olives, cut into chunks

1 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese

 

Instructions:

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.

HEAT A LARGE SKILLET PAN TO MEDIUM HIGH. SEASON YOUR CHICKEN BREATS WITH GREEK

SEASONING ON EACH SIDE AS THE PAN WARMS UP.

SPRAY THE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY, AND COOK CHICKEN FOR 3-4 MINUTES PER SIDE, JUST UNTIL

GOLDEN BROWN, NOT FULLY COOKED.

REMOVE CHICKEN FROM THE HEAT, AND ADD ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS BESIDE THE CHEESE.

PLACE IN THE OVEN AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES.

REMOVE CHICKEN FROM THE OVEN, AND SPRINKLE WITH FETA CHEESE.

TURN THE OVEN TO BROIL, AND PLACE IT BACK INTO THE OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES.

REMOVE FROM OVEN, SERVE WITH RICE, PASTA, CAULIFLOWER RICE, ETC., AND ENJOY YOUR

BAKED GREEK CHICKEN!
