What were your goals when joining CS&F and have you achieved them?
My goals are to have an active life as I get older. That requires strength, endurance, and mobility.

Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here?
When Crossfit Ecstatic was closing I was trying to decide on my next gym.
I went to a workout at CS&F to see if CS&F was a good fit for me. That workout was with my
old coach Caitlin & I quickly got to know the guys in the back corner of the gym.
It was a welcoming & fun group. A good fit for me.
