Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here?
When Crossfit Ecstatic was closing I was trying to decide on my next gym.
I went to a workout at CS&F to see if CS&F was a good fit for me. That workout was with my
old coach Caitlin & I quickly got to know the guys in the back corner of the gym.
It was a welcoming & fun group. A good fit for me.
What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Cumming Strength and Fitness?
Don’t wait until “I have to lose 20 pounds” or “I have to get in a little better shape before I join”.

Individual components of the workouts all have replacement exercises that you CAN do.
You’ll find that the support and encouragement from your workout buddies help keep you coming back day after day. And coming back day after day is what makes the difference.
