Mark: I am a father of three children, ages 16,13, and 7. I am originally
Canadian and moved to Cumming in 1989 when Cumming was…..a
completely different place. I went to a very small private school in
Gainseville to finish high school so there were not a lot of sports
opportunities. I never really picked up a barbell until I started crossfit at the
age of 39. My wife and I are both physicians so we have very little time to
deviated from our daily routines but when we do we spend our time out on
the lake or traveling with our kids. I am a Botox Master and am willing to
freeze anyone that is interested 😉
Kaiden: I am 13 years old and going into 8’th grade this year at Lakeside
Middle school.

What were you doing before you joined CS&F?
Mark: Before crossfit I struggled to find an effective exercise outlet. I spent
three years ding workout videos like P-90 X, Insanity, and The Rig. Kaiden:
I was just doing soccer and school
