Weightlifting Training

You are looking for a new sport that will help you get stronger and challenge you as you mature. You want something both mentally and physically engaging. Cumming Strength and Fitness’s USAW Weightlifting Club classes aim to improve your snatch and clean and jerk, classic Olympic lifts. Find functional strength and power by developing a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level, to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for efficiency in their workouts, or in competition. Our Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
